LaShauna Jones has lived the game her entire life. A former Division II National Champion and MVP, she’s been playing since the age of six, often competing against the boys and holding her own every step of the way. Her perspective comes from years of experience on the hardwood, paired with a lifelong love of the sport.

Kristina Nemecek grew up immersed in the game, cheering on her beloved UConn Huskies. A die-hard fan from day one, Kristina’s sharp eye for the game and unwavering dedication to women’s basketball bring a unique balance of fandom and insight to the conversation.

The two of us met while sitting at our kids’ training sessions, bonding over our shared love for women’s basketball. What started as streaming games on our phones and debating every play has turned into something bigger: a platform to bring you real, raw, and unapologetic takes on the sport we love.
